Dr. George Kastner 


Is an internationally acclaimed business consultant with over 35 years of experience in strategy, operations, and succession planning in 26 countries. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research and Systems Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Master’s degrees in Statistics, Legal Studies, and Data Analytics from Washington University in St Louis. He has led transformative projects for corporations, governments, and family enterprises in 26 countries. As the former President of Arthur D. Little Latin America and Senior Vice President, he advises boards and executive teams on growth, turnarounds, governance, and legacy preservation. Known for bridging vision and execution, Dr. Kastner specializes in multicultural leadership, talent strategy, and intergenerational transitions.

Carlos Flores Urbaneja


Is a seasoned business leader and management consultant with over 20 years of executive experience across nine Latin American countries. With an MBA from NYU Stern and a strong foundation in finance and strategy, he has held C-level roles in global corporations and fast-growing firms, consistently driving double-digit revenue growth, operational turnarounds, and market leadership. He has also held a senior consultant position with Arthur D. Little LATAM. His expertise spans data analytics, credit information, and business development, backed by a proven track record leading multi-country operations, turnarounds, and organizational restructuring. Carlos brings a strategic, results-oriented mindset, a collaborative leadership style, and deep experience in talent development and high-stakes transformation initiatives. Fluent in Spanish and English, he is an ideal advisor for regional growth, restructuring, and innovation efforts.

Gustavo A. López S


Is a versatile business leader and consultant with over 25 years of international experience across finance, strategy, and operations in Latin America and the U.S. With an MBA from Carnegie Mellon and CFA Level 2 credentials, he has held CFO and director-level roles in leading global firms like Holcim, Grupo Energía Bogotá, Accenture, and Diageo. He has successfully led large-scale shared service centers and transformation initiatives involving finance, IT, HR, and procurement. Gustavo also brings deep consulting expertise from Arthur D. Little and Accenture, advising multinationals on strategic growth and operational efficiency. Fluent in Spanish and English, with a working knowledge of Portuguese, he is a trusted advisor for regional expansion, organizational design, and business performance. He is fluent in English and Spanish. His global experience gives him a multicultural approach to business operations.
